Clinical Pipelines:
- IMO Clinical Comprehensive: This pipeline recognizes clinical entities from IMO's problem/diagnosis, procedure, medication, and laboratory domain as well as the modifiers linked to the entities to return IMO terms from unstructured text data. Clinical terminology included in each domain are the following: ICD-10-CM, ICD-9-CM, SNOMED CT, and IMO lexical for the problem/diagnosis domain. CPT (Current Procedural Terminology), HCPCS (Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System), ICD-10-PCS, SNOMED CT, LOINC (Logical Observation Identifiers Names and Codes), and IMO lexical for the procedure domain. RxNorm, NDC (National Drug Code), CVX, IMO lexical for the Medication domain. LOINC, CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10-PCS, SNOMED CT, and IMO lexical for the Lab domain.
